They were very knowledgeable, i showed them a picture of what i wanted, he explained what they would have to do to replicate it and they did a great job of it! I thought it was a little pricey for dipping a reel compared to the price of dipping other similar sized items from the prices on their website but i assume there was lots of hours in tearing all the parts apart, painting, dipping and clear coating. Overall the quality was well worth the money! They were able to dip the reel even with the intricate shape that it is and never once complained about the difficulty of it. I will be bringing more things back to dip! Cant wait to start fishing with this reel for steelhead this spring!

Thier very slow.my gas tank was setting on a concrete floor stripped of all paint.and rusted..I demanded my money back..horrible

The inside panel of my car door where the window buttons are was badly scratched. I took the pieces to Koated metal & Graphics and the guys took great care of me. They hydrop dipped the panels and got them looking better than new. I couldn’t be happier!!

I’ve had them revive a few of my sons bmx bike frames they all came out really nice especially his We The People frame it well above my expectations 👏😎💪
