Columbia Gas had to shut my gas off due to it leaking. Called All Lines Gas And Plumbing spoke to Mike who explained everything to me. He was prompt on his arrival time and had my gas turned back on same day. Excellent service and reasonably priced. Will use again.

I experienced the RLA/Columbia Gas 'surprise' after they came to me to let me know they were installing new gas lines to the house and could I schedule an appt. Little did I know that in 24 hours I would be without gas service at 8PM. RLA finished what they needed to do (install a new gas line to my house) not their problem that I was not told that if there was 'any' leaks after the new line was turned on, it would immediately be turned off and I would have to contact a plumber. After being told it would be 4 hours, starting at Noon, I was planning on taking a shower at the end. Now I have no hot water, no furnace/AC, and no stove/oven. I went crazy looking for a plumber and was not sure what I was going to find.......but I found All Lines Gas and Plumbing owned by Mike Schirtzinger. I am telling you, Mike is certified, knows how Columbia Gas works, is very creative at solutions, and will wait around until the customer gets sign off from Columbia Gas and turns on the appliances.
