Called about 10 mins ago becaus I've been having a flea issue in my apartment. He was exteely professional and answered all my questions. Gave me advice to keep doing what I've been doing to get rid of them to save me money. Told me if it's still a problem to contact him again and he'll be out to take care of it. Really put my mind at ease.

Called and spoke to Buckeye Bug on Labor Day with an urgent carpenter ant issue. Contractors that I had working on site uncovered the problem, and I needed it to be resolved quickly to maintain schedule. While Buckeye Bug wasn't able to get out in time due to the holiday, the person I spoke with gave me specific and actionable advice on treatments that I could apply to address the issue. The responsiveness, kindness, and courtesy they demonstrated went above and beyond the call of duty, especially as I wasn't even a paying customer (though the next time I have any similar issues, they will be my first call).
