A complete rip-off!  I just wanted a color change in hands and feet, not even a full service, and they wanted to charge $50 for the hands and $40 for hands!  Will never ever come there again!  Go across the DERMA Nails across the street!  Way more reasonable and better service!

I went to Nail Pro to get my first set of acrylic nails. Todd was very polite & helped me understand the process as well as the upkeep. He did really well with not nicking the skin with tools unless he was distracted by new guests or other employees. Friday is the best time to go in my opinion. Ive never had to wait even though Im a walk-in. I had my polish on for 3 weeks & it did not chip. Im a truck driver so I have heavy use with my hands. Im my opinion, give them a chance.

Reasons not to go to Nail Pro at Polaris. I went in for a pedicure and nail balance. The man who did my pedicure used the metal file and scraped my heel AND ankle and I bled pretty bad. That was the end of that. He was more worried about what was on the t.v and who was coming in the door. Not paying attention to his work at all. The lady who did my nails, made my cuticles bleed and 3 nails popped off a few days later. She was also more worried about who was coming in the door and couldn't care less about her work. Your hands and feet ARE NOT supposed to hurt when you leave the salon. I had to wear open heel shoes for about a week after that.The services they offer are not cheap either.

Has to wait with my feet soaking in cold water. Gel mani pedi was a whopping 129.00 plus tip. They put the wrong colored polish on my toes. After showing them the color 5 different times. Mani was poor quality nails filed very crooked. False price advertising / poor quality / not sanitary - there are much better places in the area
