Waited in a line 3 deep that went quickly. Concerned my iPhone 7 was DOA. The charging cord kept falling out. I figured it was wore out. They took it back and cleaned the port and had my phone back within minutes! I asked what the fee was, and I was told "FREE, Just come back next time." Simple service but will get a return visit when needed. Very nice!

Recently had damaged and shattered my phone screen (Samsung Galaxy Note 8) and decided to take it to this location to see what it would take to get it fixed. Note: The phone still turned on; the screen was just shattered to pieces. I showed them the phone and the associate at the front examined it and then quoted me about 260 to repair it and I was totally fine with that.
Fast forward, a week later, I bring it back to this exact location because I'm ready to get it fixed and was met with so many red flags.
Some very unprofessional guy talking very loudly in the back was negatively about my phone where I can hear him and didn't even have the decency to come out to talk to but instead opted to relay the message to the associate up front to come back and tell me.
He accused my phone of being bent and the operating system not working which was very untrue because I made sure the phone was still functional beforehand.
And then accused my phone of being an unlocked phone; a phone I purchased straight through T-Mobile in store.
All of this to ultimately tell me it was nothing they could do to fix my phone when it was a whole different tune being told to me just a week prior.
I ultimately ended up taking my phone to one of those repair kiosks in the mall and surprisingly they were able to fix my phone for the same exact amount. No doubts, no negative comments, no false hopes or accusations.
All this to say that this is the first and only experience I will ever have with uBreakiFix after all this.

DO NOT USE THE HILLIARD LOCATION!!!!! Asurion made me use the Hilliard location for a cracked cell phone screen repair. On 3/18 (after driving a half hour to get there) I was told they could not complete the repair that day and would need to order a part, which should take 3-4 days to get. TWO WEEKS later I called to ask about the status and was told there had been an issue with ordering the part, but they figured it out the night before and I could bring my phone in. I take it, get all the way home (we're now at 2 hours of driving) to get a message that it was not the right part and they can't fix my phone. I had to go back to Hilliard, get my phone, call Asurion to create a new claim, and take it to an unrelated location (who did a thorough walk through on the process and confirmed the correct parts before I left). Three weeks of chaos for a 30 minute repair.
