        COMMUNICATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I picked up load on Friday, I seen receiving hours on rate con 0800 to 1400. I called to confirmed the correct time on Friday and was told be here before 2 PM and well unload you. Now if your receiving hours are 0600 to 1200 why did you not say that when I asked. I squandered time and fuel to make it before1400 just to arrive, not get unloaded. COMMUNICATE RECEIVING HOURS CORRECTLY RECEIVING DEPARTMENT. Wasted my day and missed a good paying reload. Thanks a lot

        Very very impressed by how kind the lady in the receiving office is! Made my morning a million times better. I already knew in advance it's fcfs. Yet that's ok too Thx Ryerson

        This place is the reason why OTR truck drivers cant make it. Receiving is so terrible if you wanna waste half your day sitting around this is the place for you! FYI if you dont have an appointment on a Tuesday or Thursday dont even think about coming here theyre gonna try to make you sit till you have one even if its on a Friday you gotta wait till Tuesday. But nobodys gonna tell you that till you get there, its horrible!
