Awful. Save any sanity you have by avoiding this place if you can. I had several terrible experiences years ago, tried to call during business hours to retrieve some info from back then and couldnt get through, I opted to leave a voicemail but then it was a disconnected sound. Why have that option if you cant take voicemails. Adjust your online hours because they do not reflect what your office is available for.

Ive been on hold to schedule my next appointment for a total of 12 hours, 29 minutes (and counting) over the past four days. Determined to wait until I got through, I waited four hours this past Tuesday, immediately after my last appointment. At four hours Optimas system disconnected my call. Wednesday, I waited three hours and was disconnected. Yesterday, after three hours I finally decided to press 1 to leave a message. Their mailbox is full so the prompt said to try my call later. I called first thing this morning and still on hold!!! I left a message on the patient portal with my provider. I have tried looking online to report it, but cant find anything. I understand the calls go to a call center. I imagine they have one person taking all calls while playing games on their phone!

Lori Baker is the best! She is extremely easy to talk to and very down to earth. She is always willing to work with me for appointment availabilitys and excellent at communicating and scheduling. She also goes above and beyond for support, ideas, tools, suggestions. Highly recommend her!
