Molina Healthcare of Ohio

I'm going to a gastroenterologist for terrible stomach pain. There is only 1 doctor covered by Molina in my entire local area. My Dr told me that I needed a CT to identify what it is and that is the ONLY test he would recommend for me. Molina refuses to cover it till I go through another test where I will need to be sedated (that I have already gone through before a couple years ago for the same thing btw) and as such, my CT is denied. So I'm going to call and schedule my completely unnecessary sedation so I can get the test that I ACTUALLY need. Worst healthcare ever.

This the worst insurance company I have ever worked with.My children have Molina and they suddenly can't use it because tge say they have a primary insurance that they no longer have..Two of my kids take daily meds that can no longer get a d when trying to call the company get an error message call back later ! I'm so frustrated with this company and the lack of care or professionalism

Poor transport services. Can not get our residents to their appointments using Molina because they never show up!!! Constantly rescheduling appointments because the lack of communication from Molina!!!

This is the worst health insurance ever I've been on it since January I just got my medical card last week I'm getting ready to loose my home health aide because they haven't paid anything I still don't have my OTC card so I can't benefits from it or go dentist or eye Dr y'all are a very sorry excuse for an insurance company

I have never seen such a poorly run business. I paid for insurance back in the middle of Dec 2021 for cover starting Jan 01,2022. I am on the phone every day because they say I dont have coverage, then Im told its been taken care of. It hasnt, I had to pay full price for a prescription today because my card still isnt working. I have had to cancel medical tests because of their incompetence.
