        I have gone here for a very long time. Ever since covid you cant directly call the doctors office. It is STILL like this in December 2022 and it honestly is a disgrace. I wouldnt be surprised if something bad seriously happens to a person because you sit there on the phone with a call center. If your doctors office has so many patients a CALL CENTER has to handle the phone calls theres a really big problem here. Im appalled that this is the reason I have to leave a review on my own doctors office. What are you even doing that the office does absolutely nothing? I have to call a call center to call the office and put me on hold so they can ask the office the question I want to ask them. Get it together! Major constructive criticism here! Its infuriating and if it wasnt for my doctor Id book it somewhere else in a heart beat.
