Been taking my kids her for 15 years and used to be very good not anymore last time staff and supervisor was the extremely rude and none of the employees seem like they wanted to work there don't know why they couldn't bill me directly because they couldn't find out about insurance they keep telling me I had to leave because of other patience thanks never coming back

If I could give this office, zero stars, I would. I do not recommend. First off, This office does not do prenatal appointments. I am a physician, who had a baby in the nicu and nicu required that we have an appointment with the pediatrician prior to being discharged from the hospital. I called this office to get set up and the front desk person rudely and unprofessionally informed me that I cannot schedule until after the baby is discharged, which presented me with a real catch 22. When I tried to explain the situation, she dismissed me and said call back after the baby is discharged. I actually had the neonatologist reach out to the office as well and the front desk staff was very rude, and refused to let the neonatologist week with the office manager, much less, put her in touch with another physician. And at this point, I went ahead and reached out to professional pediatrics of Hilliard, who was immediately willing to help and schedule an appointment. If you are looking for a pediatrician, I highly recommend you look around and speak with the front desk staff before choosing childcare consultants. I do not recommend this office under any circumstance.
