THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS! The manager ABBY/ADDIE (the manager of both the Pickerington and Blacklick location is HORRIBLE. She does not respond to emails and calls. This company is basically STEALING MONEY during COVID. I called to put my massages on hold during the pandemic last April and they have been charging me ever since and refused to refund my money even after they made a mistake. I have been a Massage Envy customer for many years and I cannot believe the level of unprofessionalism and lack of service that they are providing.

The scheduling system requires a full sign up/profile build before even showing available appointments. I will schedule with a different company that doesn’t hide their availability behind a 10-step process and force prospective customers to provide their names and email address before we’ve even decided if we’re interested in moving forward.👎 I wonder if you’re aware of how many customers you lose because of this.

I have been a member of the Blacklick Massage Envy for years. I’ve seen several different therapists and it has always been a pleasant experience. The place is clean and everyone is courteous, friendly and professional.
