Fairly priced, quick service, and very approachable staff. The owner is a young, ambitious business owner and OSU graduate. My Lenovo ThinkPad wouldn't turn on, and none of the standard troubleshooting would work. After an initial diagnosis, they identified the issue and put it in que for repair. I picked it up a few days later with all of my data exactly where it was. Hopefully I'll never have to visit Buckeye Laptop again, but if I do have hardware issues it'll be the first place I think of.

Fast, the quality of service is affordable, and I will certainly go there again for my MacBook Pro and other apples needs. I am not a computer person and I didn't want to be taken advantage of. They explain their process, answered my questions, and kept me in the loop from start to finish.
They are now my computer people and trust them!

What a great experience I had thanks to Jess and her patience. I was looking for a refurb/used MacBook and she couldnt have been more helpful and patient with me as I was a bit nervous to be a slightly older MacBook Pro that was in great shape. Loving my MAC and will be going back to Buckeye Laptop for all things MAC and to have some old reels converted. Thanks again Jess!

BIG fan! Staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. I genuinely felt like they wanted to help me with my phone and were not looking to just make money off of me. If you're in need of electronic help, look no further!
