I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS GREAT RESTAURANT I KNOW THE OWNERS PERSONALLY THERE'S NOT A BETTER PLACE TO EAT LUNCH IN DOWNTOWN COLUMBUS GIVE IT A TRY YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED !

Have been going here 1-2 times a week for nearly five years. They have some of the best hotdogs in downtown Columbus -- I've tried a number of other places but I keep coming back to 10 West Cafe.
Despite this, I think I'll start looking elsewhere. There have been some managerial / staff changes as of lately, and when I placed my order with the new cashier today she informed me that the amount I pay for my usual order -- the amount I've been paying for the past two years -- is incorrect. I was told that I was being given a discount, grandfathered erroneously in to a lower price. The cashier let me pay my normal price but denied me a punch card, stating that I had already received a discount for the purchase.
I understand 10 West Cafe's rationale but can't help but feel slighted and feel the issue could have been addressed more professionally.
