My husband took a day off work to receive our shipment and it never came. Had to vigorously complain to get it delivered. When it showed up, late, it came in a Penske rental truck? Only upside is that my drivers were fine, not rude like the other reviews. Can't imagine this company gets big contracts like Wayfair and Home Depot. An absolute joke. I will never make a big purchase through Home Depot again after this. It was a nightmare to receive my delivery, and Home Depot's website has been reading my package was delivered three days ago. Seriously considered contacting BBB.

We've had ASA deliver multiple shipments from Arhaus & Wayfair. Everyone has always be extremely friendly, gracious and helpful. The white glove service is amazing! They remove boxes and set everything up as asked. Thanks for all you do.

Took off work for two days waiting on a scheduled delivery and it never came. Did not receive a phone call nor did they return two phone I was promised would be returned. Customer service for this company is horrible and ridiculous! Wayfair should find another deliver company for their shipments.
