We had an exceptional experience with Busting Bark Tree Service. They were very responsive to call back and set up a time the very next day to remove a few branches from a tree. They were very professional and our tree looks great. They were reasonably priced and did a quality job cleaning up and making sure everything was neat and tidy when they were finished. We hired Tim to cut a tree down in our front yard. He came out gave a very fair price. So we told him to go ahead. With his scheduled he said it would be about a week. He txt me to see if could come out on a Sunday. I told him good and he showed up on time and within three hours it was done cleaned up an he was gone. He told us we wouldn’t even know he was there. There was no mess. I highly recommend Tim to do your tree work.

Top notch tree trimming!! Tim knows his trees and works until the job is done and the customer is 100% satisfied. I had several trees that I had been told needed to be “topped” or taken out. I didn’t want to lose them unless it was absolutely necessary. When Tim came out for an appraisal his primary focus was to confirm the health of the trees and then review all options. Thanks to Busting Bark I still have my trees and they look healthier than ever. Thanks guys couldn’t be more pleased!!

Busting Bark (Tim) removed several trees - pine and locust; pruned trees to raise the canopy and make it easier to mow; and climbed a large oak tree to get the dead branches down. Tim was professional, easy going, polite and friendly all the way through. We had an initial phone call and set up an estimate, and after that our communication was by text and I received quick replies. The estimate was reasonable and the work was scheduled about 10 days later and completed timely. While doing the work Tim noticed that a few additional trees needed minor branches pruned and he asked my permission and did those also. He did not request payment for the additional work and I added on an amount I considered reasonable to the check. I initially contacted Tim after he did a job for a neighbor and I saw he was working hard and the neighbor said they were pleased with Busting Bark. Similarly, two of my neighbors have now also scheduled with Tim after seeing the nice job he did at my property. I had two other estimates before hiring Busting Bark. One estimate was from a well-known large company in the area and the amount they asked was utterly insane and well beyond my budget. The second estimate was from another highly rated independent person and while the costs were in-line with Tim, I found the estimating person at the other company to be rude, argumentative, unwilling to give a time-frame beyond telling me it would be within a few months, and not someone I was comfortable hiring for what I considered a large home maintenance project. I definitely made the correct choice with Busting Bark and highly recommend them.

My husband and I were VERY pleased with Busting Bark. Timothy (Ryan) Took great care of our property and went above and beyond helping us with trimming trees and removing dead trees. He even cleaned off our roof and gutters. Top notch business and we will use him in the future Creative-Cabins Hocking Hills Logan Ohio
