        Weak and servile to business needs, not the workers Example: Letting coca cola subvert 90 day cards, 3 month 12 hr shifts in the warehouse, letting merchandising stewards get fired. 284 needs a backbone. Letting grievances sit for 3 years and having the rep ignore your messages.
