Under new management company who don't care about there renters. They gouge them for every penny they can; including excessive lot rents, over priced water Bills, and fines for not following unfair new regulations. This company only cares about the almighty dollar. Check deeply into this company's history.

I was looking for a home and amaze on how quickly they help me with financing and how easy it is. The new home that are coming in are beautiful 3 bedroom with 2 bath. I am excited to stop paying monthly rent of over 1000 when I get my own home for less I thank the manager for explaining everything and staying late for me thank you Sonia I am lucky to have met you very nice person and helpful very much
