First of all this is such an inconvenience but it must be known.I purchased 2 children necklaces with a cross for my boys, I was hesitant due to they looked really cheap and was not 100% gold . Its supposedly Lumineux Uno which is a combination of Platinum, 95.5%Gold, Palladium and Silver, which I never heard of..It was strange the sales associate Steph Hreha, guessing name is Stephanie,didnt even know what Luxmineux Uno was nor how to explain but yet was eager to make a sale and get my money. I advised her yet the purchase was for a kid, we dont wear cheap jewelry that may break us out..Then Juan Batista,another sales associate explained the definition for Step.which still was odd??.I was lowered In to make the purchase at a discounted rate including insurance about $200.00.On 4/4 I took back 1 necklace to get fixed due the chain broke which was strange because it was worn 1 day for a few hours, Juan said it will be fixed that Tuesday and the receipt he gave me also says that and he would call..So Tuesday came I received no call I went there it wasnt ready, he acted like as if he called me but he didnt he again said come back but on Friday and I would receive a call, Friday came still no call so I called, their phones were not working, go figure. I went there on Saturday the store manger Nicole Shafer and Steph were there not Juan. Nicole had me sign that it was ready then come to find out it wasnt , such an inconvenience Im a mother of 3 and have a newborn I dont have time for the back and forth nonsense , that day was rainy and cold especially to bring my kids out..Nicole kept practically blaming Juan, which they work together. Not taking ownership.She had a major attitude and was so rude and unprofessional, no good customer service, so was Steph, they both act as if they didnt want to give me the corporate number and was snobby about it..Nicole guaranteed it would be ready Tuesday or Wednesday , its Tuesday, still no call..I called corporate all of a sudden the district manger Jeff isnt available but yet has the secretary screening calls.. very cheap and unprofessional company..I will never recommend anyone to this place or purchase here again..yes there meant to be in this local mall!!!
