        Safe Auto are CROOKS!!! Cancelled my Policy a DAY AFTER I purchased it because overnight they added a $609 charge, after I put $340 on the deposit. Customer Service REFUSED to let me cancel at 1st, had to speak to 4 DIFFERENT people! After All that, they told me I would either owe them $240 OR $147!! How is this POSSIBLE???!!! STILL fighting to get MY Refund!!! NEVER AGAIN!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!!!

        This company makes me sick Im 19yrs old paying $297 for a company whos adjuster wont answer her phone!! Its ridiculous I recently hit a deer on june 19th 2022 my car has been at the impound for 9 days already this is getting on my nerves and I barely have damage no one is picking up the phone and its getting to a point where Im seriously struggling with myself Bc I love my car and my grandmother gifted me the car!!! If they do not answer soon I will be getting a lawyer involved. I have gone to an extent to try and call the supervisor oh shes in a meeting is she really tho?? Worst insurance company ever!! DO NOT GET SAFE AUTO!!!!!! And thats how bad the damages are so SafeAuto you have a few more days to get my car fixed or Ill be getting a lawyer!!

        They didnt fax over proof of insurance to the dmv which got my license suspended and a $400 fine at the dmv I called them and they told me it wasnt there problem
