        My mother had home and auto insurance with this company after she passed away her policy was up for renewal so after several payment notices came i contacted them and informed them she had passed before her policy was up for renewal they assured me they would take care of it but instead of taking care of it they sent it to a collection agency for a policy she wasnt even alive to renew

        I need information regarding my policy and decided to call the agency expecting to leave a voicemail and get a return call in a few days. Mr. Heyward personally returned my call within the hour. Even more surprised to eventually learn he called while on vacation. I will recommend this service to any and all.
