Blind Outlet

We ordered blinds, paid our deposit of $500, and after excuse after excuse, we had to ask to get our money back. Dave kept canceling the install and we found out the blinds were never ordered. I do not usually post reviews, but I would never advise anyone to work with this organization. Unprofessional and unorganized.

I wish I would have read a review first. We ordered blinds from the Blind Outlet and Dave was our salesperson. I had the same experience as the previous reviewer. We got the runaround for 3 months and no blinds. I was so glad that we finally got our deposit money back. It took 3 weeks of constant calls, emails and texts.

Had 1 problem, all blinds put in the new house except the sliding glass door in the kitchen area. Called them and came out the next day hung a sheet overnight.

I have used the Blind Outlet for years for my commercial customers. When there has been an issue .... which is very rare ... they are always quick to correct the problem. Items have come in a timely manner and even sooner than expected. Dave is great to take on appointments with customers and is always very knowledgeable about the products. Customer service is great!
