        Dont understand why they use OptumRX. They are unprofessional, cant answer any questions, expensive and just plain nightmare to work with.

        Worst company ever. Ive called 20 times to figure out a claim that shouldve been covered. And Ive currently been on hold for 30 minutes waiting to get ahold of them because its not almost May and a January regular doctor checkup is still not taken care of after much much effort to contact and get it fixed Ive talked to so many people and they cant figure it out. Im too the point where Im about to just pay the $900 and just be done with them. WORST HEALTH INSURANCE COMPANY. Aetna was so much better they got a similar issue like this fixed within the first phone call. Im not sure why a they are so incompetent.
