This company is amazingly bad. Read the other reviews. The good reviews are from the companies who pretend to have good insurance. This isn't it.

Absolutely useless company. Dramatically long wait times to talk to a care manager. Most of the time, they don't even respond. You get a different person every time and NOT ONE OF THEM IS HELPFUL! You should go out of business. I imagine it's not the employees' faults, the service is so bad, they're likely being crippled by management.

During a major surge of Covid this company is fully capable of offering work from home and is denying everyone unless they are disabled or an executive, all execs have been told to remain home and avoid the office. Speak of your precious culture some more while you refuse to allow people to protect themselves. You dont care for your employees like you think you do.

Worst insurance I have ever dealt with. O stars if that was possible. They leave you on hold over 45 min without checking back in, They delayed my COBRA coverage 3 weeks so I could not take advantage of maxing my out of poscket that year. They are the slowest according to every provider I have used to approve services and leave providers on hold over 2 hours. If you are considering a job with a company that uses Quorum just run away... from both! The job I had with the associated company treated me no better when I was injured outside of work.
