Driver #23 in the red Nissan Sentra license plate # HUW8120 should not be on the road. He drives like a maniac. I drive a Mustang so I guess he thought we were in some type of imaginary race so he sped then cut me off abrubtly then switched back lanes and looked at me and laughed. Like dude you are driving a school transportation and medical car that carries passengers and students!! Unacceptable

I have had two incidents where the drivers canceled my trips due to no show when I was out on the front porch at the time they were scheduled to pick me up.
I had another instance where a driver picked me up but didn't have the correct contact information. If it wasn't for me being already outside waiting for them, they would have canceled that one too.
Ohio Medicaid needs to re evaluate who they use for transportation, some of these companies lack professionalism nor punctuality; this is not a way to do business.

Left a client waiting for over 2 hours and kept lying about how much longer it would be. Unacceptable!
