Our facility has used caring hands transportation for years and have nothing but wonderful things to say about them. The owner has always been supportive and accommodating. Today, one of our elders rode with this company and she recognized the driver from her last experience and was thrilled to have him. He was kind, personable and the family really complimented their experience. The time, dedication and support this company gives when transporting their clients is wonderful. Very pleased to have been able to work with them for as long as we have. Thank you and your team for always delivering a personalized experience! Not are they bad at dealing with customers over the phone but the way they are responding to reviews is extremely unprofessional.
