Turkey Hill Minit Market Headquarters

At one time I purchased all my gasoline from Turkey Hill , about 1 tank a week . Now I don't by any gasoline at Turkey Hill because I need to go inside and wait in line to get my receipt (which I need). Every other place I get gas gives me my receipt at the pump . Which is much more convenient and time saving . I'm guessing I'm not the only customer you have lost due to this inconvenience . I liked Turkey Hill because I often bought other items when I got gas .

December 4th 2022 7 pm: I went to Turkey Hill on Long/Broad St. to play the Lottery. I was the 2nd customer waiting in line with several other customers behind me. There were two cashiers available. One was actually waiting on customers the other was restocking cigarettes when I asked him if his register was open. He rudley responded with "Yes, when I finish my task." I said, "what happened to the customer first?" He rudely responded saying, " My task comes first before a customer so I don't know where you are getting the customer is first." He made us wait until he finished his task then took the lady in front of me. I got waited on with the female cashier. I was in earshot as the rude male was mumbling to his customer and he had the nerve to rudley say to me, "My name is DJ and I am the Assistant manager." I was totally shocked as he repeated it. I could only say, "Please don't tell me this" because i can't believe Turkeyhill hired such a person with no apparent customer service skills of any kind. This was at the Turkeyhill on Long St and Broad St. Turkeyhill needs to retrain or get rid of "DJ" if he is unwilling to use proper customer service skills in a professional demeanor. I am 70 years old and i have professionally trained Customer Service skills throughout my 52 year of working. His conduct was very unprofessional and disrespectful and needs to be dealt with immediately. Sincerely, Ms. Donna

Pump card readers still don't accept chase bank cards. Declines every time. Then card doesn't work in the store. Had to use google pay. Been open for over 2 years and the problem still exists.

01/29/2021 9:42 a.m. Got $27 worth of Gas on my credit card. Pump asks whether I want a car wash. I agreed to $13 Works/Ultimate. Go to pull in, but the Car Wash is broke. No Problem. Go in Store, wait in line to be Told They not Only Knew It was Broke, but They don't Do Refunds. Cashier directs me to Store Manager's office, who I wait in front of for another 15 minutes. Store Manager says I should just come back Later some Time. WOW!!! Turkey Hill Took my Money then Rudely Shooed Me Away. As a Veteran and a Postal Worker in Our Community, I Implore Everyone who Reads This to NOT Patronize this Store. By the Way, I called the Corporate phone Number & There was NO Answer. I Guess I'll just go to Speedway Right across the Street...
