I can't find a place to log on and although I know my password I am unable to change it. Called customer service and left messages several time but no on has returned the call.

I love the items that they have and I ordered almost 200 dollars worth of things they have showing as on reserve (meaning they aren't in stock now but they plan to have them soon) the very next day they put out a 15% off coupon and refused to give me any refund. Stating the coupon is not for previous orders. I do get that, but we're talking 1 day on stuff they don't even have in stock. They couldn't help a fellow crafter save a little money?? I just couldn't beleive it. I've ordered from them before, i was part of their facebook, i got their emails, but I'm done! I've left their facebook, removed my email from their promotions, will hope i get the stuff I ordered SOMEDAY! - but I will never again buy one thing from them.

I bought a couple of Halloween items that were hard to find elsewhere and Simon says stamp had the item in stock in good condition and it was quickly shipped to me.

Edit. I just tried to order some more stuff. Unfortunately the shipping cost is now double, making in no longer a good solution for me.
