STORY at Macy's

Shopping at Polaris on Wednesday 2/5/20 around noon to 1:30. Went to the ladies petite section to make our purchase ... the lady at register said paying with your Macy’s please insert your card. We had two items before I could get my card out ot my purse she had everything ready . I said wait a minute I have coupons and I have this other item. She said next time have everything Ready so I know what your doing! I thought hmm I really could say something here but didn’t want to make a scene. I was with my mother and nephew. I would just like to know what happened to customer service. We drive over hour and half to be treated like this! Felt like I was at fast food restaurant drive thru! Go to the ladies shoe department! One person working! I felt so sorry for this guy six people in line no one on the floor to help anyone. He is ringing customers transactions answering questions and running to the stock room to retrieve merchandise! Ok I had issues during Christmas at Easton so drove to Polaris and it’s not any better! Come on Macy’s not only is your Customer Service horrific your quality of merchandise is just as bad. Returned Cole Hann boots that were scratched right out of the box! This has happened three times with your merchandise! Guess I will be finding another place to shop!

Was looking for shoes 2/17/2020 and a very nice man helped me so much. His name is Mohammad 10930495. It is pretty unusual to get great customer service like he gave me.
