We recently bought a new home in UA and hired Steve to redo the floors in the entire house. The experience from start to finish - and beyond couldn't have been better. Steve was prompt, honest, and extremely hard working. The house we bought had 2 different types of Oak (red and white) and the red oak was pre-finished making it harder to refinish. The floors look amazing and you can hardly tell that they are different types of wood in the house. Steve and his son were at our house within hours of us taking possession and got to work. He provided updates on progress daily. We had a painter who was to paint cabinets after the floors were completed and he carelessly sprayed paint on our newly finished floors. Steve was so sincere in making sure the pain on the floors was taken care of. Went out of his way to talk to a paint company on how to remove it. Checked in with us daily to see if were were able to get it removed and then came back to our house to help us restore the finish to where it was previously. I would recommend Steve to anyone who is looking to have their floors refinished.
