Darrell did exactly what he said he was going to do and the quality of his work is superb! My floors were in need of attention due to the heavy foot traffic in my building and OMG did McGrew's Above and Beyond deliver!!!!!! I am so pleased with his work and attention. The shine on the floors brightened up my facility and is immediately noticeable by guests. McGrew is very professional, communicates well and is timely.

As the manager of a veterinary practice, I was looking for a business to routinely strip, clean and wax ours floors...without breaking the bank. We have a lot of foot traffic that creates wear and tear on our floors, but also regular damage from dog nails, disinfectants, biohazards, alcohol, etc. Since Covid, we've been trying maintain the floors ourselves, so it had been about two to three years since our floors had been done professionally; there's simply not enough time (or know how) to do it right ourselves. Needless to say, we were in desperate need of a thorough cleaning and waxing. The gentlemen came to do a walk through, taking notes on the various areas and detailing what we wanted and needed done. Within a short time, they provided an affordable estimate and we were scheduled very quickly, offering flexibility to ensure their service didn't impact our business hours. I greatly appreciated the follow up plan they provided for future services based on high/low traffic areas, as well as the frequency needed rather than having to do everything, every time. As a medical facility with expensive equipment and supplies, trusting someone in our practice while we aren't present is not something we take lightly. They did a phenomenal job, called me the next business day, checking in to see if we were happy with the work done and addressed any concerns quickly and without hesitation. Our floors shined and looked like glass! Every conversation has been thorough, friendly, courteous, timely and down to earth, all while being extremely professional. I look forward to doing future business with McGrew's Above and Beyond Floor Care, Inc.!
