The bowls look absolutely nothing like the picture. If this is freshness, they look old. The portions dont even fill half of a small bowl. Im sorry but chipotle and bibibop put you too shame. Im sorry but Please fill the damn bowl.

Disappointing. No line. Im the only person there. The 2 girls working didnt even acknowledge us standing there till they were done with their conversation. I placed my order and they handed me a sticker telling me to bring it up to self check out. They said, Im not sure why you have to do it that way but, we cant ring you up here. I go to self check out and the sticker has no bar code on it. They gave me the wrong one. Had to wait on someone to ring it up correctly. The beverage station was not stocked. I asked for straws she said, there should be some over there if not, you can just walk over to Starbucks and grab one. By the time I get back from my lengthy checkout they still arent done with 1 burrito. I watch as they both try repeatedly 4 times total to re-wrap the burrito unsuccessfully. One girl is complaining that she cant do it right while the other one proceeded to double wrap my broken up burrito in a broken shell because, she cant figure out to do one shell by itself. I asked, is it typical to double wrap. She says, no, I just cant do it. Do you want me to try again? I told her no, Im hungry and left with my extra carb loaded burrito. I walked outside to eat and every table is dirty. Meanwhile, your store isnt busy and you have 2 girls standing around talking. Get an attentive manager, better training and educate yourselves on proper customer service.
