Cafe Courier

This was my first time using this company. I called for food from WG Gringers. They said it would take over an hour. Then after thirty minutes of waiting they called and said the store had closed and would refund my money. I will never order from this place again.

Terrible. Order arrived totally incorrect. They offered a refund, and when our statement came, there was none. Fraudulent. Use any of the other 5 services that do this.

Works fine unless there is a problem with your food. Then they mysteriously misplace the credit on your account. Not worth the hassle.

I placed an order through Cafe Courier for Buca Di Beppo for asap delivery. The order was late and after it had been over 1.5 hours since my online order, I called CC to find out what was happening. The gentleman I spoke to was very polite and very helpful and determined that Buca had taken over an hour to make our order and that they were doing their best to get it to us. Then, without my having pushed the issue at all, he just told me that my order would be free.....the food, the delivery charge, and even the tip I had added. When the order arrived very shortly after that, the gentleman delivering it was an extremely well-dressed man (dress shirt/pants & tie) who made sure we knew that the order was "comped", that it was freshly made & hot, and that they were very sorry for the delay (even though it wasn't CC's fault, as I later confirmed in my complaint to Buca). So, long story short, they bought our lunch for something that wasn't their fault. That's customer service, kids!

Absolutely horrible. Our food arrived an hour later than the time we set, and part of our order was missing. The other parts clearly had been sitting under the heat lamp for a long period of time at the restaurant. When I called to complain, the person who answered (Adam) seemed annoyed I had even called. They offered no apology and quickly hung up. We had ordered from then on the past and it was at least mediocre, but this time was the last straw. It couldn't be any worse.
