This is a slow place and the workers have a nasty attitude. The one in chicago ridge mall in chicago ridge IL is very slow all the time !!

Was trying to decide what to eat and the woman behind the counter got hateful and was yelling at me about standing at the beginning of the line, although I did not see any signs this was the beginning of the line.she got really loud and then told her manager she asked me politely to move. If that was being polite I would hate to see what rude is. Guess it is their loss.

Friendly staff buuuut........the Ala Moana, Honolulu location opens at 10 am, and all of the food is never ready until around 12 pm. Showed up at 10:30 am and no Strombolies. The manager said 20 minutes. I paid in advance and waited 50 minutes, still no Stromboli. I got my money back and told them I would complain to Corporate Headquarters. I'm not sure what good it will do, but I will complain. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me at this location. It's too bad because the food is good. What restaurant opens when all their food is not prepared and ready for sale? Sbarro restaurant, that's who!

Manager at Sbarros at the Huntington Mall in Barboursville, WV was extremely rude. This occurred on 3/31/23 at approximately 3:00 PM. Do have servers name on receipt; however, Im not sure that is his name. I called corporate office to report the incident and Im still waiting for a return call.

This is supposed to be a 24 Stromboli its only 26 with the extra piece which is only five inches the GMKyle toldme that if he remade the Stromboli it would be the same. I have been going to the store since I found out they opened and have never had such a rude and argumentative person. They seem to be selling small 6 or 24 Strombolis which goes against the menu that is posted. I do not blame the corporate office it is the individual in charge that I feel is cheating us customers that we are not getting what we are paying for all I can say is keep your dollar bill handy and measures what they sell you
