We have been very happy with the service from AEP. I feel their pricing is very competitive. They also provide points which can be used for bulbs, air purifiers & home thermostats, etc. would definitely recommend checking out their pricing when selecting an energy supplier.

There is no double billing with AEP Energy. IGS charges you for your AEP bill and they also charge you the same price (Double Billing) for their delivery charge.

When the electric bills increased last year, my bill doubled and that caused a lot of stress for my budget. I received a promotional mailing from AEP Energy and used apples to apples and compared the different rates and companies. I went with AEP Energy and my bill is back to normal. Also when I do have to call I can understand the person that I am speaking to. Great company.
