The absolute worst to deal with. Shut off our power but they turned off the wrong unit. Took 8 hrs to get it turned back on because they kept lying saying they would send someone out but the driver would just cancel the ticket. Found out our meters were crossed so they were supposed to come fix it. Took THREE weeks and multiple calls for someone to even do that. Then another 4 weeks to get the whole issue resolved. Had to call multiple times a week for 1.5 months to sort the whole issue and fix billing and had to re-explain the scenario wayyy too many times. All to be told they do not do any compensation

If you can have a different electric provider, do it. This company will take your paychecks and not care if you have any left. My bill went from $230 to almost $500. This is ridiculous especially when your energy usage has barely changed

If there was a way to leave negative stars I would. This company has had continuous power outages around Columbus with some lasting several hours to several days. I have lived in my home for 5 years and within the past 2 years there has been a sharp rise in unreliability. If there was another option, I would switch in a heart beat. This company is completely incompetent.
