    Sad experience at the chipotle Lane in Minooka IL. Went to pick up when the order was ready sat in line for over an hour, got to the window no one knew my order and no one could understand my name I had to spell it out. I had patience because I bet it is stressful with a new store but to wait at the window for another 20mins to then be told they didn't have corn for my bowl but could use pico but I can't have tomatoes so that didn't make sense. I cancelled the order and then was told I had to call customer service to cancel. I called customer service and she was super nice but the issue I have is with corporate the business concept use to be great but you have degreaged services. A im sorry about that doesn't make up the time I lost to wait like that. If you value customers you have to do better. Also that new store had a girl with new chips getting ready to package them in the bags, she had gloves on and proceeded to eat some of the chips over that container with her gloves on and proceeded to pack the bags. Totally unsanitary where is the governance and quality control. Due to this terrible experience I won't be going to your brand. You need to correct your brand and actually care about your customers feedback because it has really gone downhill. Remember you are only successful when you have happy customers. People are getting fed up with companies that don't care.

    Rude Manager lady was nasty on Westport Road 10311 store. My credit card was not going through 1 to 2 times because swiping wrong way. Cashier asked me to swipe again, and Lady Manager she called her self General Manager was loud and nasty. My card went through, she asked me to leave the store. I was waiting for my receipt. So called General Manager pregnant woman should stay home if you have a bad day.!

    Chipotle you should downright be ashamed of yourselves, promising to the public that youd ban live shackle slaughter with chickens and failed to do so!

    Been a customer of chipotle for 20yrs. The Austin market is disastrous. I can no longer justify buying from chipotle. The management is awful, the stores are unorganized and I cant support a business who will not support American citizens. Every single employee only speaks Spanish which means they just immigrated here. I cant support a business who chooses productivity over customer satisfaction.
