Mr. Watkins was very professional and also extremely kind. He installed new breakers and ran service lines for us. We had contacted three different companies come to quote our project. One company changed his mind twice on how to make installation happen and seemed to be confused at how our electrical system was even set up. The second didn’t return our calls. From coming out for the initial quote, Mr. Watkins was informed, timely and you could tell he was extremely knowledgable. The installation was very neat. Mr. Watkins and his team are very careful and detail oriented. We have used many different electricians and Watt 1 Electrical Systems was exceptionally better in service and product. Michael is amazing! Conveniently, he was able to come for a quote the same day I called. We scheduled installation for a few days later. He installed new outlets to places that lacked electrical, making sure to do what was in my best interest and what would follow code. We also asked him to swap out existing outlets with ones that have USB ports and it was no problem at all! Being a 1st time homebuyer, I wanted to make sure the job was done right and for the right price... highly recommend!
