      image I wouldnt recommend or use this service again. $245 to mount one tv which included the mount. I had an issue with one of my mounts, the technician didnt put all the screws in the mount to the wall. Over a 2 week period it started to learn significantly to the point my 5 year old asked whats wrong with the tv. I inspect and notice there is ONE screw holding a 45 tv mount.. I contact hello tech. They send someone out this weekend to fix it and gave the tech no info of what to bring or what he will be doing. You live and you learn but again, wouldnt recommend based on my experience with this company.

      image De Andre was the best! Really good guy... moved things when it wasn't quite right (it was too high where I told him to originally put it). Really personable and nice. Good fellow all around!

      image Tech came out and didnt know what a C wire was for a smart thermostat. Red Flag. Then marks the thermostat install as unserviceable and leaves. He said the new thermostat was broken. The thermostat was faulty so I sent it back and got a new one and had another company install it. Then a month later got charged a lite membership monthly fee. I would not recommend this company.
