First of all, I am very computer illiterate. Secondly, my experience dealing laptop repairs in the past have not went well. Kaz at Zen Computer Repair changed all that. He was professional, patient with my lack of knowledge, and bottom line - he knew what he was doing.

Jack Hunter is a great computer consultant. He also possesses a great sense of humor, and his hourly rate of $80 per, is well worth the price. If you don't engage him too much verbally, he will perform your computer issues remotely, or when the Covid-19 allows him to resume house calls, with alacrity.. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Arch Glenn
