ARCpoint Labs of Columbus Metro

No mask wearing by any employee in this office. I asked my tech to put a mask on and she said “I don’t have one” then left to get one out front. Refused to wear it properly for the duration of our appointment. Three other customers came in. Two were not wearing masks. None of the employees asked or inquired as to why. Would rate 0 if that were an option.

Been working ARCPoint Labs for the past year now. They are very professional & easy to work with in all aspects. During these times we have had to make many accommodations and ARC Point has been more then helpful to make sure we can continue running our business as smoothly as possible !

I had a fantastic experience with “said phlebotomist” not wearing a mask. She explained (in detail) why she was not wearing a mask( I myself am in the healthcare profession). She had a fantastic attitude,very personable. I will definitely go back there. Thanks again for the professionalism!

We have worked with Heidi and her team for years now. This lab is exceptional in their ability to handle all the crazy, last minute, after hours madness that we can throw at them and it is always handled with the up most professionalism. They are kind and an absolute pleasure to work with. If I ever have any questions or concerns all I have to do is call or email and my questions are answered right away. I highly recommend for anyone to take the time and build a relationship with this company like I have. They are truly beautiful people.
