        My husband came home with a $100 gift card to BBW and was like "let's go to BBW so you can get some stuff". I was an avid BBW shopper back in the '90's and early 2000's. It had been close to 20 years since I had been in a BBW, mainly because of chasing after 4 kids. I was impressed with the visit. They are in sale right now. The associates were all super friendly and helpful. I had downloaded the app before we went. I will definitely be going back on a regular basis.

        We felt really unwelcome. Staff was really rude and unhelpful. We wanted to go back in and get more products but we didn't because we felt uncomfortable. Won't be going back.
