Went the the blue jackets game and was trying to find somewhere to sit down and eat after. Walked in and they had a sign that said the bar and cocktail area where first come first serve. Stood at the door for 10 minutes waiting to be sat in the dinning room area that was half empty. Was tolstby multiple people they would be right with us. Walkwd to find someone and the shower is the host who was currenty telling at other customer for sitting themselves after waiting longer than us. Finally the host came up to us and told us they are not sitting the dinning since each server has 4 tables. Walked out and called the manager who told me each server is suppose to have 6 tables, I told him what the host said and she told me "I can tell you right now each server has 5 tables." Well if they were suppose to have 6 why was service refused to us and multiple others that were waiting. The manager also told me "the host is running food since we are so busy." Maybe you should have more people staffed after a game if you know you are going to get busy. He made it so servers lost money for not having full sections. When on the phone he had an excuse for everything. I worked at a restaurant for years and know how it works, this was just a restaurant that doesn't know how to handle things properly.
