Capital City Appliance Service

I was referred to these people through Lowes warranty department. They were the most unprofessional company I have every dealth with. I can't believe Lowes uses them. The communication from the schedulers was rude, demeaning and unexceptable. They is no way, these ladies should be in a customer service business.

It is so refreshing to have an appliance repair company communicate and follow up so well! We've had repairs done by Capital City on 2 different occassions for 2 different appliances. They come within the stated time, they call on the way, they follow up when parts are on back-order, the office staff is very friendly, and their technician, Chris is outstanding with figuring out and repairing the appliances!!! We will only use this company for appliance service in the future! Services: Refrigerator repair, Washing machine repair

Thank u! I purchased my washer and dryer in the summer of 2021. Lowes did not notify me at all and found out that it was sitting in the store for months until October. I had problems with the spin cycle with a loud noise after a few months and this same gentleman cleared the first issue i.e. spinner and today he replaced a belt. I never thought to have my washing machine sound so smooth and so quiet. In this case I am so glad I purchased a 3 year warranty. Again Thank you!
