Makes appointments that can't be met by the service provider and the service provider (Capital City) was very unprofessional.

Always excellent technicians and parts, fixed right 1st time, but expensive $99 just for showing up at my house, $350 for a broken plastic louver on a $2500 fridge

By far the worst type of service I have EVER received. I’d really prefer to give 0-stars, not even 1-star. The Technician came out and diagnosed the problem. He didn’t have the part, but agreed to order it and scheduled an appointment for two days after the part came in (not thrilled, but okay). I scheduled an appointment for the following Monday from 1pm-5pm, and got a call at 3pm stating he had to reschedule due to overbooking (now, I’m upset). There was absolutely no regard for the time I had to take off of work to ensure I was home. However, I still agreed to reschedule for Friday between 1pm-5pm, and again made arrangements to be off of work. I get a call at 11:00am asking if he could come in the next 30 minutes. He had some cancellations and if I wasn’t able to accommodate his schedule I was forced to reschedule, again (okay, now I’m pissed). At that point I decided to just find another company to do the work. I had refrigerator issues, it was less then 1-week until Thanksgiving and to top it off I was very pregnant. The amount of stress this put me through was absolutely absurd.

This is the worst experience with GE appliance repair service. I have cancelled the appointment still they showed up and charged me $157 and said you need a new refrigerator. They are very expensive and lot of hidden charges. Stay away from them. When I called customer service why someone showed (I was not in home and my tenant there, otherwise I would have stopped not to enter my home), their response is so rude. Stay away from them and they don't deserve a single star.
