Henderson and Kenny for under $700! Excellent deal. Surprised at some reviews....zero pest issues. Yes management is not at your beck and call but it is a nice unit in a great area for a great price with a pool.

Very old decoration. The management team even showed me a room under decoration and construction. Though there is laundry hook up in each unit, you need to buy your own washer and dryer. The staff even forget to wear a mask when show me the room. Omg! I just wanna check some apartment complex around Kenny and bethel for 1b 1b. This apt gave me the worst first impression.

ZERO STAR. I just cant Believe that I lived there for a whole year. And so so so glad my lease is up. I don't know where to start But this is the worst apartment building in the whole state of Ohio. Management Don't care about the resident they do not fix anything. They will never respond to you phone call and will never return your phone calls. No matter how many times you leave them messages. All the buildings are full of bed bugs, roaches and spiders and there's some rats running outsid. Please read the other reviews. Drugs activities, robbery and Breakin all over this place. Neighbors are so weird. The walls so thin you can hear everything next door to you. Cigarette smok drifting all over my apartment. From the guy next door. It was the most stressful year of my life. GLAD IS OVER
