I was dismissed as a patient from there because the lady in billing said my insurance was accepted there. Instead, my insurance covered nothing on the bill. I was upset that the lady in billing lied to me. Then, my daughter had a dental emergency and had an appointment. Well when I called with questions about the appointment I was told there was no appointment. Shana called me back and said she dropped my daughter as a patient because I was dropped from there. Sad thing is that no one told me. I questioned Shana and she kept lying but then finally said, "ok, I canceled the appointment. It was me that did it." Then she refused to help my daughter with her dental emergency. My daughter had been a patient there for 2 years and did not owe them money or anything. Terrible ethical practices there!
