My boyfriend and I got a puppy from Anderson Acres almost four weeks ago. We were very excited, but neither of us had ever raised a miniature Australian Shepard before, so we had a bunch of questions for the breeder, Vanessa. She was so helpful answering all of our questions and providing as many useful tips and tricks as she could. We got to see where all the puppies were kept and got to see many of the older dogs that were used for breeding as well. All of the dogs and puppies seemed very content and well nurtured. We got to come back the next week to pick up the puppy we had picked out and received the same friendly inviting experience as we had the first time. Vanessa was kind enough to provide us with some puppy food to start out, as well as some other helpful tips and tricks to life with a new puppy. After we got our new puppy, Luna, home we took her to the vet and got very positive feedback from our local veterinarian. No worms or any other issues. We have been back to the vet one other time since then, and have again experienced no issues. My boyfriend and I have been so pleased with our purchase of our puppy from Anderson Acres. We had two cats already, but her exposure to other animals while at Anderson Acres has made the transition for everyone pretty smooth. She is such a smart and quick learning dog, who has been a great addition to our little family!
