Great place! Exceptionally clean. The owner is ver personable too.

The exterior faade of this business is clean and professional, however, the disregard for customer service is jarring. We purchased 20 tanning sessions for $110.00 after Christmas. My wife had used six of those sessions, but when she went a couple weeks ago during their regular posted business hours they were closed. There was no note or other explanation for why they were closed at that time. She stopped later and inquired about the closure since there were no updates on the website or Google. The young lady at the desk claimed that the reason they opened late was because her nail appointment ran over and she was not able to be there. My wife stopped by today for a tanning session and was confronted by the owner, Mindy, who accosted her, accusing her of yelling at her employee (which is not in character for my wife) and said that the real reason they opened late was due to a "$80,000 dollar delivery" which was more important than opening on time for her customers. We will no longer purchase services, or do any business with this tanning parlor. The $110 is a loss and we will spend it more wisely in the future. It is clear to me that customer's are worth very little to this company and owner. I certainly hope that others have better experiences, and avoid this kind of treatment. Service: Tanning
