Do not shop here !!! They are not honest . I placed an order that they can't fulfill in time and now are asking me to pay $20 to cancel it when I ordered it plenty of time in advanced!! Please read the reviews and go somewhere else that cares about doing good business!!

Beware of this company!! They gave me an estimate that was completely bogus and when I contacted them within a reasonable time frame to try and speed up the order for my deadline they told me they couldnt do it and they were gonna charge me money after I adequately planned in advanced to get the items I needed. Please do not do business with this company !!!

Do not order from this company!!!! We ordered some shirts for our small business and the screen print on the shirts came in bumpy with what looks like fuzz underneath. Some areas with these bumps underneath were even flaking off. Upon contacting their customer service and sending the shirts back, we were informed the shirts were passable and nothing but a small refund could be offered. These shirts are embarrassing and unusable. But yet this company is okay with their product. See the pictures for yourself. This is what passable quality is to Totally Promotional

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don't use these guys. They provide a "Guaranteed Delivery Date", but don't produce on their promise. I won't get my products in time for my event. They wanted to charge me an extra $74 to get my items by the date they promised in the first place. NEVER AGAIN

I am very disappointed with the quality and turn-around time on their products. My items have not arrived on time as promised and the products that have arrived, are poor in quality and not worth the amount paid. I will not be using this company in the future for my Business' promotional needs.
