    I've been going to the Clyde location for 7 years, and I take antidepressants. Today I was told, in the midst of a pandemic, that to get my refill I need to set an appointment to get my refill approved l. I've never had to do this before. I am unemployed from COVID and have to pay out of pocket. After I asked the nurse the last time I was in, she said 2016, which means she was also lying. The nurse hung up on me as I tried explaining this to her. I will never go here again, as I am now going to have to go without my medication.

    If you like staff who gossips about your medical problems on social media and is on their phone the entire time- this is the place for you. Don't bother with management- they encourage it.

    Great care provided absolutely no complaints with the in person service. However, the billing department is a nightmare.
